Good morning to all on this long awaited Friday. I know for most this has been a long and difficult week, yet Friday, as all Fridays do, brings cheer and happiness. This morning I wish to remind us of the great grace of our Lord. In the recent months and years the Lord has penetrated my mind and soul with the overwhelming concept of His grace. I wish, no I long, for a greater understanding and a greater appreciation for such grace. That grace that allows me continued fellowship with my Lord, even though I am covered in my sin and drowning my selfishness. Yet His grace, which flowing freely from His love, appears each and ever moment and wraps around me, my heart and soul. This grace conveys His unfailing support and unwavering trust which allows Him to wait for us. His grace carefully and intently says no matter what you have done or what you may have become, you are still mine and “My grace is sufficient” still. The very understanding that there is no distances to far, no mistake to terrible, no sin so great from which His grace can not return me from and bring me back to His heart. Not only is His grace sufficient but it is truly amazing from which I can easily resolve that life is not about me or my journey nor my accomplishments nor my accolades but Him and His cause. Let us remember that it is He by which we are and His grace which allows us to be.
